- Deliberate CPA loops – concrete, pictorial, and abstract representations that cycle to strengthen understanding.
- Cognitive load awareness – reduce overwhelm so learning sticks.
- Retrieval & spacing – short, repeated encounters that embed knowledge in long-term memory.
