Welcome! This website is run by Fluency with Numbers, and by visiting or shopping here, you're agreeing to follow a few ground rules (aka these Terms of Service).

When we say “we”, “us”, or “our”, we mean Fluency with Numbers. When we say “you”, we mean you—the lovely human browsing, shopping, or using any part of our site.

We know no one loves reading legal stuff, so we’ve written this to be clear, plain, and as helpful as possible. If anything’s confusing, just ask us at hello@fluencywithnumbers.com—we’re happy to explain!

👛 Using Our Site = Accepting These Terms

By using this website or buying something from us, you’re agreeing to the following:

🛒 Shopify + Security

Our online shop runs on Shopify—they help us keep things running smoothly and securely. Your payment info is always encrypted and handled safely.

🧒 Who Can Shop With Us?

To place an order, you need to be:

  • At least the age of majority in your country OR

  • Using the site with permission from your parent/guardian

🚫 Don’t Be Dodgy

You agree not to:

  • Break any laws using our site or products

  • Try to hack, infect, spam, or copy the website

  • Pretend to be someone else or use a fake name/email

If we suspect misuse or violation of these terms, we may suspend your access (and let’s be honest—we’d rather not!).

We do our best to show and describe our resources clearly, but screen colours vary and typos happen. If something seems off, let us know—we’ll always aim to fix errors quickly.

💸 Prices + Orders

  • Prices can change without notice

  • We may limit or cancel orders (especially if they look suspicious or come from resellers)

  • We may update product info or discontinue items at any time

We use your info to fulfil your order, stay in touch if you’ve subscribed, and improve your experience. See our full Privacy Policy for details.

🔁 Returns + Refunds

Check out our Returns Policy for how we handle exchanges or refunds. We aim to be fair and flexible, always.

💬 Comments + Feedback

We love hearing from you! But:

  • Don’t post anything offensive, illegal, or misleading

  • Don’t pretend to be someone else

  • If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use it (thank you!)—but we’re not obliged to respond or pay you for ideas

Sometimes we link to other sites or use third-party tools (e.g. embedded videos, Shopify apps). We’re not responsible for their content or practices—so please read their terms too.

🛑 Termination

We can suspend or end your access to the site/services if you break these Terms. You can also choose to stop using the site at any time.

  • If any part of these Terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still apply
