🔁 Returns & Refunds (a.k.a. The Grown-Up Bits)

We hope you love everything you order from Fluency With Numbers, but if something’s not quite right—don’t worry! We’ve got a simple returns process, no maths degree required. 😉

👉 Changed your mind?

No problem! Just drop us an email at hello@fluencywithnumbers.com within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you'd like a return or exchange. We’ll reply with next steps and a virtual high-five.

Once we’ve given the green light, you’ve got another 14 days to send it back our way. Please include your proof of purchase and make sure the item is:

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging

  • In the same condition you received it

🚚 Heads up: You’ll need to cover return postage.

If a returned item arrives back looking loved or arrives late, we may not be able to offer a full refund—so do try to send it off on time and in tip-top shape!

💳 Refunds

Once we receive your return and give it the once-over, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be sent back via your original payment method within 10 working days. (It might take a few extra days for it to show up in your account—banks are like that sometimes.)

💥 Damaged, faulty or incorrect items?

Yikes—we’re so sorry! If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please email us right away at hello@fluencywithnumbers.com with a photo and your order details. We’ll make it right, promise.

📎 Digital Downloads

Digital products are sent zooming straight to your inbox as soon as you hit "purchase." Because these contain instant-access learning tools (a.k.a. knowledge gold), we can’t offer refunds on digital downloads.
